Return Policy
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days to return the Product(s) ordered. BONPOINT extends this deadline to 30 days for items ordered on the website. This period runs from the day after or the first working day following the day of delivery of the order or from the day of delivery of the last product when the order is delivered in several installments. Each of the Products must be returned intact, clean and complete and in its original packaging (including any gift or specific packaging, pouch, pouch, label, identification label or, where applicable, the single-use seal) .
The Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal simply by completing the return form which is attached to any order and by returning the unwanted items using the prepaid return label inserted in the order.
Be careful when preparing your package: Cross out the items you are keeping on the 2 “pro-forma” invoices. Put the invoices on the outside of the package and write “RETURN” on them.

You can contact our Customer Service for assistance or details regarding this procedure and/or to obtain a new return slip or a new prepaid return label in the event of loss.
All returned products are inspected. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and it may, at BONPOINT's option, be returned to you at your expense or kept.
Under no circumstances can a refund be made in store.
Products purchased on the site ch.bonpoint.com can be exchanged in a Bonpoint Boutique of the country of sale (excluding department stores and Outlet), a credit note will be issued if the exchange is not possible. For more details, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in Boutiques.
If the customer wishes a refund under the right of withdrawal, under the conditions of article L.221-18 of the consumer code, then he must return the item according to the site's return procedure. ch.bonpoint.com explained above.
When the above-mentioned conditions for a right of withdrawal are met, BONPOINT will reimburse the Customer for all sums incurred by him when ordering the returned Products, within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal withdrawal has been exercised, in accordance with article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code. This refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.
In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the one who made payment of the sums due for the purchase, the reimbursement of the sum, in the event of exercise of the right of waiver, will be made by BONPOINT, in all cases, towards the person who made the payment.
