Cherrysh our people

Solidarity Day serves as an opportunity to bring Bonpoint employees together to support the Bonpoint Cherrysh program. This day creates a powerful human experience by promoting relationships across teams and strengthening collaboration with our associate partners. The 2024 edition was organized in partnership with the Emmaüs Défi Association, the 2023 edition with the Veni Verdi association, and the 2022 edition with the Aurore association.

Training is a key pillar of our Human Resources policy. As part of the Bonpoint Cherrysh program, an extensive training program has been in place for several years to enable every employee to actively contribute to achieving our sustainability goals. This program includes training on international benchmarks such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the ISO 26000 standards, and specific training on low-carbon design and responsible communication.

Bonpoint supports the fight against breast cancer. In 2024, our teams participated in an awareness-raising campaign and donated to the “Mon Bonnet Rose” association to support the manufacture of pillows designed to help ease the pain after breast cancer surgery. For several years now, our female employees have been proudly taking part in the "La Parisienne" race, a 100% women-only event to promote women's health and well-being.
